Audrey Sommerfeld is a powerhouse of nutrition education and product development having worked globally on some of the worlds leading brands. She grew up in a small town in Minnesota, putting herself through college at the University of MN where she got 2 degrees, and then on to her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Her passion is providing education and products to help people live better lives, and has been awarded several patents and awards. From creating and launching 44 products into 59 countries, to taking a start up from $3MM to $632MM, she’s an experienced leader. She believes in giving back, and has been a guest speaker at the University of Minnesota Women’s Leadership program, and participates in helping entrepreneurs via the Minnesota cup. Audrey’s favorite quote from Harriet Tubman encapsulates her belief that every great dream begins with a dreamer.
